drias International offers 'back-office' data processing and other administrative services on a one-off basis, or as a scheduled periodic support function for your business. We possess the facility to execute a wide range of special projects for our partners.

Contact Centre

Our contact centre team can initiate outbound calls to update your mailing lists, present up-sell offers, complete telephone surverys, and implement other custom projects.

Through partnerships with fully-vetted and qualified staffing firms, we are also positioned to escalate staff counts to meet our partners' needs within very short time paramters. Our on-site training helps ensure a rapid 'ramp-up' effort for last minute projects.

All special projects are subject to the the same call monitoring and quality review which are applied to other segments of our business.
