Contact Centre Representative

Drias International is seeking a Contact Centre Representative responsible for taking inbound calls and providing professional, courteous and accurate information to customers regarding various insurance programs and products.

In addition to excellent customer service, the representative will be expected to exhibit customer retention strategies as well as make cross sell and upsell efforts.

We are always seeking individuals who are licensed or willing to be licensed in Life and Health insurance.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Must be knowledgeable in all programs/campaigns being administered.
  • Maintain department attendance standards.
  • Contribute to departmental goals by accurately assessing and responding to customer needs
  • Meet or exceed monthly performance standards for Quality, Productivity, Proficiency, and Retention
  • Complete projects as assigned by the Team Lead

Qualified Individuals will have the following:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with phones and fundamental computer navigation and typing skills
  • Good problem solving and decision making skills
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Previous Inbound Sales Call Centre experience desired

Desired but not required:

  • Insurance License (L&H or P&C)
