driasi is searching for energetic and self-motivated life insurance agents to support an exciting initiative. Successful candidates will support both inbound and outbound call centre activities.

As a life licensed insurance agent, you will be a trusted advisor who will provide information and insurance solutions to both existing and new clients by telephone and in a face-to-face private setting. You will be compensated by a competitive compensation package including the following:

  • Guaranteed base salary plus incentives (non-commission based)

Must Have Requirements

  • Qualified candidates MUST have an active Life License in Quebec - licensed and certified under Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
  • MUST have completed required 24-month of the sponsorship period
  • MUST have experience in contact centre and/or field sales experience in the insurance industry
  • Post-secondary education (College diploma or University degree) preferred
  • Proven insurance needs assessment and sales experience
  • Needs-based sales approach, with strong communication skills and active listening
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a contact centre environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • English and Bi-lingual (English and French, written and verbal communication)
  • Flexibility to work a variety of rotating shifts, as our Contact Centre is open 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Duties/Responsibilities: (including but not limited to):

  • Candidates must exhibit values of honesty, trust, teamwork and accountability, and be outgoing and enthusiastic within an evolving and fast-paced environment
  • Inbound/Outbound insurance sales to qualified/warm/cold leads
  • Ability to manage and achieve individual and team sales targets and customer service goals
  • Flexibility to be mobile and work anywhere within the Greater Toronto Area, within driasi’s Mississauga contact centre, retail space located within a mall, or at a public event (e.g. tradeshows, conduct face-to-face consultative discussion with customers)
  • Offer an excellent customer experience during every interaction both on the telephone and in-person
  • Identify customer needs via needs assessment tools, and provide tailored insurance product offerings, recommendations and solutions
  • Assist customers with the completion of application forms for life and/or health insurance products
  • Ensure appropriate forms and policy requirements are completed and submitted accurately
  • Adhere to privacy, insurance and other financial services regulations and procedures

En tant qu’agent d’assurance-vie agréé, vous serez un conseiller de confiance qui fournira des informations et des solutions d’assurance aux clients actuels et nouveaux, par téléphone et dans un cadre privé en face à face. Vous serez rémunéré par une rémunération compétitive comprenant les éléments suivants :

  • salaire de base garanti plus incitatifs (sans commission),

Conditions requises

  • Les candidats qualifiés DOIVENT avoir un permis d’assurance-vie actif au Québec – autorisé et certifié par l’Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF).
  • DOIVENT avoir accompli les 24 mois requis de la période de parrainage.
  • DOIVENT avoir une expérience dans le domaine des centres de contact et/ou des ventes sur le terrain dans le secteur des assurances.
  • Enseignement postsecondaire (diplôme d’études collégiales ou universitaires) de préférence.
  • Évaluation des besoins en assurance et expérience de vente éprouvées.
  • Approche de la vente basée sur les besoins, avec de solides compétences en communication et une écoute active.
  • Antécédents en matière d’atteinte et de dépassement des objectifs de vente dans un centre de contact.
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite.
  • Anglais et bilingue (anglais et français, communication écrite et orale).
  • Flexibilité de travailler selon différents quarts de travail rotatifs, puisque notre centre de contact est ouvert de 8 h à 23 h.

Tâches/Responsabilités (y compris, mais sans s’y limiter):

  • Les candidats doivent faire preuve d’honnêteté, de confiance, de travail d’équipe et de responsabilité, et être ouverts et enthousiastes dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
  • Ventes d’assurance entrantes/sortantes à des prospects qualifiés/potentiels/éventuels.
  • Capacité à gérer et à atteindre les objectifs de vente individuels et collectifs et les objectifs de service à la clientèle.
  • Possibilité de se déplacer et de travailler n’importe où dans la région du Grand Toronto, dans le centre de contact de driasi à Mississauga, dans des locaux commerciaux situés dans un centre commercial ou lors d’un événement public (par exemple, salons professionnels, discussions consultatives en face à face avec les clients).
  • Offrir une excellente expérience de la clientèle au cours de chaque interaction, tant au téléphone qu’en personne.
  • Cerner les besoins des clients grâce à des outils d’évaluation des besoins et proposer des offres, des recommandations et des solutions d’assurance adaptées à leurs propres besoins. 
  • Aider les clients à remplir les formulaires de demande de produits d’assurance‑vie et/ou d’assurance‑santé.
  • Veiller à ce que les formulaires appropriés et les exigences de la politique soient remplis et soumis avec exactitude.
